When Ellie comes up with new designs, you know who presses them onto whatever she wants them on? Dee and Shandy. Dee and Shandy have been friends and colleagues since 2016, there’s sort of an ongoing joke that wherever one goes the other will follow. They both have years of experience in customer service, and they both thrive on and excel at finding out what their customers need and putting all their time and effort into delivering on that need!
